Level 1 – Essential Food Safety & Hygiene Skills General Course
This taught, level one, food safety induction course is suited to those commencing employment or who have commenced employment in the catering or retail food sectors. Trainers licensed by the NHP will deliver this course which takes place over 1/2 day. Passing a short multiple choice question assessment is necessary for certification by the NHP.
(Taught level 1 courses will be developed for B&B, Pub, Health Sectors as required.)
